Like the Sunday we met

And it’s Sunday again, just like that!

You know, I always wish I could sing, but I really can’t. When I sing, it even hurts my own ears. However, this does not make me love music any less whatsoever. Actually, I love music. And I love a capella music, and choirs, too. They do make me a little envious though.

Because I don’t want to be alone in my envy, I’d like to share this video.

So amazing, right?!

I have to announce that I’ll be around a little less than usual in the next few weeks; University is coming to an end before summer break and I have to hand in 4 assignments, do two presentations and have two exams. I will have a little less time than normal to blog and tweet and write… :( alas, that’s the life of a student! (Which I have to admit usually is quite slow, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to focus so much on writing and such :p).

And now, this week’s blog mashup!

Hi Manon. Great mashup, as always. I’ll miss you this summer. Yours is one of the blogs I always look forward to, but I so understand about school work. When I was in law school. I literally never went anywhere without a book in my hand. . . . Hmm. . . . Just noticing that’s true again now that I’m an author. . . . Anyway, I’ll be sending support your way. Thank you for the video. A Capella is my favorite kind of music. Literary agent Sara Megabow of the Nelson Agency has a husband who sings in a very well known a capella band called FACE. I’ll tweet you a link. You’ll love them. Take care, Manon, and best of luck with your work. I’m sure you’ll be stellar.

Hey Piper, thanks for stopping by and I’m looking forward to that tweet :D

I’ll be back full-time before the end of June, though!! I’ll still be blogging (although probably a little less than normal), but it’s just for a short time. You won’t lose me entirely ;p.

      All the best!

What a great song! Thanks for sharing it, Manon. We will miss seeing you around so much, but understand the pressures and demands of school. Look forward to seeing you around when it is all wrapped up.

Beautiful song.  I can see why you’re envious.  Me too!

Great mash-up.  Can’t wait to read about the Mona Lisa, that sounds really interesting.

Good luck with all your school papers and projects!  Enjoy the crunch time of finals and schoolwork.  It’s been 3 years since I graduated, and I kinda miss school already.
