Blog Mashup, Everything Else

The last few days have been c-r-a-z-y. Really, life got in the way of working on my novel – I hadn’t touched my pc in three whole days!

I’ve been so insanely busy. We worked hard on upgrading our kitchen (which was very necessary), then we had to prepare for the birthday party that I was going to throw… And it, of course, all was a lot more work than we had expected.

And then on my birthday I got sick, last Friday. Then yesterday, which was when I’d throw my party, I was still relatively alright but now I’m a mess and it’s not pretty. It’s the first time in months and months and months (maybe even years) that I got sick so of course now I get really sick. Bleh.

So unfortunately, I messed up my ROW80 goal for five blogs a week, this week. Luckily, I did make my word count goal since I wrote over 4000 words in the first three days of last week. I’m a little behind on the reading, too.

Ah well. I guess getting better now is a priority :/. Does anyone have tips for pharyngitis, fever, earache and headache? :P

Anyway, let’s get on with business…
